Grizzly's advice in his post and deleted everything and then I went one step further and deleted every file named 'mozilla' or 'fireofox' on hard drive and then one step even further and searched for 'mozilla' and 'firefox' and deleted it all in regedit and installed firefox and everything is back to normal for now.
